For most offices and shops, hard floors benefit from buffing every few months and a strip-and-wax once or twice a year; carpets from a deep clean every six to twelve months. Traffic decides — we'll recommend a schedule after seeing your space.
Can you do floor work after hours?
Yes, and most clients prefer it — floors need dry time, so evenings and weekends keep your business day uninterrupted. We schedule Monday through Sunday.
Do we need a full janitorial contract for floor care?
No. Floor and carpet cleaning stands alone just fine — one-time deep cleans, seasonal refreshes, or a recurring schedule, with or without regular janitorial service.
